The Curse of Delos is a yellow daisy picked by either Apollo or Artemis from the soil of Delos, the twin archers' birthplace. It was the final ingredient required for the Physician's Cure.

Birth of Artemis and Apollo[]
After being relentlessly pursued by Hera, the Titaness Leto found refuge on the floating island of Delos. She gave birth to twin gods who were named Artemis and Apollo. When the island sprouted flowers in celebration, Hera rooted the island to the ground.
The Heroes of Olympus[]
The Blood of Olympus[]
Leo Valdez, Frank Zhang, and Hazel Levesque travel to Delos to meet with Apollo and Artemis, who have taken refuge at their birthplace from the internal conflict that incapacitates nearly all the gods. Leo trades Apollo the Valdezinator (a device that translates feelings into music) for the curse of Delos, thereby gaining the final ingredient needed to make the Physician's Cure.
