The Hermes Statue is a automaton created by Daedalus that helped Percy Jackson defeat the Clazmonian Sow in the The Last Olympian. The statue hit the sow with its caduceus.
Percy Jackson and the Olympians[]
The Last Olympian[]
The Hermes Statue was standing above Central Station when he was torn off as he got hooked by a rope by the Clazmonian Sow. Percy activated it using the command sequence of Plan Twenty-Three, and he climbed onto the Sow's back and started hitting the Sow. With the help of Lion Statues that Percy had also activated, they managed to defeat the Sow. However, due to Percy's order to "kill flying pigs," Hermes and the lions ran down the street looking for more flying piggies to kill.
