Can we please cancel the "Something To Say" blog badge? The new people are going to automatically create a blog if they see that they can achieve a badge if they made a blog.
Suppose they make a blog(without permission), aware of the fact that it isn't allowed. Since it'd be completely unfair in case they didn't know, we warn them, and they say that they're sorry, and they weren't aware etc.
Tons of new users can easily do that, and we'll again end up with like dozens of useless blogs.

- We cant turn off one badge without turning them all off. If a new user does join the site and make a blog, we will just delete it and explain the rules. It was also the reason I suggested limiting the types of blogs instead of making a cap. Anyway, if new users make a blog, we delete it, they get a badge, and we send them a message explaining the rules, so in a way everyone wins.
