Hygieia is the immortal daughter of the Asclepius, and Epione. She is the Greek goddess of good health, cleanliness, and hygiene.

- Cleanliness- as the goddess of Cleanliness she is very good at cleaning and detecting if people need to be clean.
- Healing as her father is the God of Medicines and Healing she can heal people really well.
- Soothing Pain as her mother Epione is the Goddess of Soothing Pain she has this ability as well.

An automaton of Hygiega acts as the guardian to Asclepius, and prevents anyone from seeing him. Leo turns her into "idiot-mode," making her attack herself, enabling Leo, Piper and Jason to get to Asclepius, but Asclepius says his real daughter Hygieia is very nice.
