In the recently released Kane Chronicles book, a character name Drew Tanaka is introduced. She seems to completely fit the description of drew (Pink eyeliner and all!) and in my opinion they are one and the same person: is it worth mentioning in this article? 90.222.60.121 11:49, April 28, 2012 (UTC)
Now, it can't be proved at this point that they are the same person as we don't know Drew's last name. If Drew is given a last name later in the series and it turns out that it is Tanaka, then you can include it, but right now it would just be speculation. It is not specualtion. It's fact. Read the book Dark, it's not a coincidence in anyway, shape, or form. Drew's last name is Tanaka, and you're just being plain ignorant if you aren't adding this info.

Lacy/Drew in Kane Chronicles[]
I think that it definitely is her, and the following quote, in my mind got rid of any doubt:
"Lacy had warned me about Drew teh first day of school. Apparently the two of them had gone to some summer camp together––blah, blah, I didn't really listen to the details––and Drew had been just as much a tyrant there"
Lacy from HoO: "Lacy is described as a girl with blonde pigtails and braces."
Lacy from KC: "Cute blond pigtails, a mouthful of braces"
Summer Camp = Camp Half-Blood,
Drew was definitely a tyrant at C H-B, especially to Lacy. Both descriptions match perfectly...do you honestly think that it was just a coincidence that Rick did this?

I completely agree. you can't seriously not acknowledge what is said. there are already hints that the two worlds coexist. If the dance is in Brooklyn, and camp half-blood is around a mile away, it would make total sense if lacy and drew went to BAG with sadie and co. you can't honestly deny this. I think when Drew was Introduced in the Kane Chronicles it said she had black hair. On her page it just says dark.76.249.25.82 23:49, December 2, 2012 (UTC)

I totally agree. I do think it's a little racist that Drew, (the bossiest, meanest person in the series), is Asian. I'm from a family of Asians, and none of them are like that. How exactly is that racist just because she's asian? Clarisse was one of the meanest people in the PJO series and she's caucasian yet you don't see anyone caucasian calling that racism. And technically the characters are only half whatever race their mortal parents are. So Drew's only half asian and half Greek God. TSoN ... The Sea answers to no one! 20:27, September 24, 2013 (UTC)
