Both Carter and Sadie have a fair chance, but the last couple of times they have fought, things end up being blown up. I think once they realize their fighting is unimportant, they will agree to stop and go back to as normal as their life can get. As much as I like Sadie, I am more like Carter, but I see their points of thinking, and eventually they would both give in to stopping the fight.
Honestly, Sadie has nothing on Carter. Ha-di spells have not been shown to work on humans, and when she turned her staff into an animal, one swing of Carter's avatar khopesh cut it in half. Once Carter summons the avatar, one good swing and Sadie is dead.
But that a bit unfair. Knowing his secret name is just an unfortunate occurrence, so that cannot be part of the battle. Besides, Sadie would actually never use Carter's secret name against him. She is much to nice for that. Any battle between them would be magic and solely magic.

According to the battle rules,(as I have been told many times before) characters are stripped of there morals to the person they're battling. Its to-the Death. Also, characters can use the FULL extent of their powers.
This could go either way Sadie has become a very experienced magician, example, when she turned into a Kite and traveled through the Duat to avoid the debris in The Staff of Serapis but, Carter Isn't that skilled in magic witch leaves him 2 options, his combat skills, and his combat avatar. It would basically be magic vs combat
(I'm on Team Carter for now but personally like Carter and Sadie equally and my vote can be changed easily.)

Once again, in these scenario's there are no morals. Do you honestly think Jason would fight Hazel? No. But in these fights characters are sripped of THEIR MORALS. It DOESN'T MATTER how nice or mean a character is.

Sadie is okay. I don't understand the hate.
I don't understand why anybody hates anybody. Nobody's perfect. You guys are so biased towards these characters, really hating one and really liking another, because you think you're so much than they are. They never treat each other the way you guys do and them. They know how to be true friends, know how to be a team, and never choose one over the other. They're all equal. They accept their good and bad parts and don't treat each other horribly because of them. You all should really learn from them instead of constantly arguing over who's better than who, because nobody is.
I love Carter and Sadie both. They're a great brother-sister team, better than I've ever read about, but I still think Sadie would beat Carter.
Man, this is really hard! Both are EXTREMELY badass and powerful, in my opinion I think they're more powerful than each of the seven demigods(including Nico). If I have to choose I think Carter wins. More disciplined, stronger, smarter, and better in combat.
If sadie uses carters secret name then she wins easily. But without that im gonna have to give it to carter. Not only is he excellent at combat magic but he can also create very powerful shields, use magic words and he has the crook and flail of ra which actually cut a rhino into 3 pieces long distant and managed to injure a full strength apophis (something even ra wasnt able to do). He would have natural resistance to all sadies spells and mind tricks. He is also better at shape-changing making him more versatile than she is.
