Well, in that myth, Artemis was very young, Hera even refers to her as little girl. In fact, Hera says exactly why Artemis had lost, she'd never fought an immortal before, nor had she ever fought with out her bow. But we know of several Immortals she's fought since then(Hercules,Orion, probably more), and we've seen her use knives in the Riordanverse, so both Hera's advangtages in that fight are gone.And Artemis wasn't high on my power-list either, but between that childhood fight and now she certainly has grown enough to beat Hera, I mean do you think Hera could've helled up the world? In fact, Hera has been shown to be very easily kidnapped, shackled, or defeated, and I'm sure the Goddess of the Wild could do all hose things.
