What Does it mean?

What I think:
I don't necessarily think this is Annabeth. Prophecies (and books) usually do that to you. We know it's the Mark of Athena, but don't know for sure who the child of wisdom is. Now I don't think "Rome" even means "Rome" either. I know I'm wrong on one of these, not sure which, but who agrees? Share you're thoughts and critisms. Please, I might change my idea.
