I have a question

I was re reading the Titan's Curse and at the end Luke said "Don't make him destroy you." Who is Luke reffering to? Is he reffering to Zeus because Kronos summoned a lightning bolt and he tried to make Thalia think that her father doesn't care about her. What do you mean?
