They knew the Titans would lose

Well, I belive that Hera and Gaea already knew the titans would lose. Hera knew they would kneed the Argo II while babysitting Leo in The Lost Hero, and Gaea had told him that he would fight her someday. So wouldn't they have known the Titans would lose?
